Life Coach Robyn - a guide to help you thrive in retirement

Coaching is more focussed on the person being coached. It is a two- way conversation whereby the person being coached is encouraged to take responsibility for their decisions and actions.

 Coach = the guide

Teaching is a generally a one-sided, directed conversation led by an instructor.

Teacher = instructor

Retirement coaching provides support and guidance to people transitioning into retirement, or who have recently retired. The retirement coach assists you to rediscover your skills, values and expand strategies so you can explore new directions. When setting goals or intentions, informed goals are more likely to be achieved because they are based on the areas of your life you have identified as important to you when you retire.

Some of the benefits of coaching are: gaining confidence to explore new opportunities for adventure, to stay socially connected, to maintain overall wellness, and to feel a sense of purpose.

For couples wishing to undertake the program, the thinking space outside of the sessions can be shared (recommended) but the Zoom or face to face sessions will be conducted and priced separately.

If possible, cancel the session 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Every effort will be taken to reschedule a previously cancelled session. It is assumed that you have booked a time which includes enough thinking time to prepare for the next session. If two sessions are cancelled inside of the 24-hour time frame, NO refund will be paid.

Paid sessions are to be used within six months of the first date of booking.
