Individual Retirement Coaching Program
Face to Face
We can meet in person in a local, but private, comfortable setting. This helps us build a strong connection quicky.
Walking
If you enjoy the outdoors, this unique approach combines coaching with walking together in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Online
Not local to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland? No problem. We can conduct the session via Zoom
About the Program
Extra sessions are available to help you stay on track.
Each session steps you through to help you:

1. Explore your current and past practices, skills, strategies and lessons learned in life so far

2. Examine what is really important to you. Will that be the same when you retire?

3. Develop a plan to move forward incorporating what you have already discovered about yourself, and strategies to keep moving forward.
Questions about Retirement Coaching and how it all works?
Preparing between sessions
You will be given questions and tasks to think about to prepare you for each upcoming session.
Most of the thinking time will take place between sessions, by you, guided by my questions. We discuss your insights and expand ideas and strategies during our shared sessions.
When you have had enough time to think about the questions and tasks, you make the next appointment. Appointments are flexible; although, for best results, and a flow of ideas, a shorter gap is recommended.

Group Retirement Coaching Program
Group sessions are limited to four participants via Zoom. In group sessions, you will undertake activities which will generate discussion, challenge beliefs, and provide the opportunity to share strategies. The group sessions have been designed to be stand-alone sessions with a key focus for each session.

Group workshop (10 people) are available face to face.
