I am finding this process really illuminating. They're not questions you generally ask yourself. It's excellent to force yourself to recognise “what is the type of life I want to be living?”, rather than “the life that I can fit in”.

Robyn has provided me with the knowledge and tools required for my retirement. She has made me aware of the different phases of retirement and the importance of my personal needs and changes in those phases.

I’m really enjoying the process of the Ready to Thrive Program. It has encouraged me to consciously think about how I want to spend my time when I’m retired. To focus on what are the things that are important to me. What will I want to add to my life? What will I want to reduce? I feel I know where the goalposts are!

Robyn has been fantastic at reflecting what I have said back to me. It helps to hear it back from someone else and whilst discussing it, things are further crystallised. Robyn’s natural manner allows you to think deeply without feeling vulnerable.

Teaching adults and change management have been my passions for over thirty years. I’ve acquired a wealth of knowledge and strategies by interviewing people from diverse backgrounds about their motivations to support their transitioning into another vocation or learning a new skill.

I connect easily with people and have the experience and knowledge to help you to move in new directions.
